BioI am La Esmeralda, from Paris, because I have no other home. I live by dancing, and I dance because I am alive--I live in the Cour de Miracles with King Clopin and my dear beautiful goat, Djali, and my husband, Pierre, who I don't like at all! He is very nice, I know, but I don't want a husband. But he has promised to be my brother only, so I suppose I can't be so cruel to him.
